INFORMATION

Stallholders will receive the following information emails for all confirmed bookings

Confirmation Email (on completion of purchase)

Introduction Email (within 5 days of purchase)

All BUSINESS and/or CRAFT stallholders MUST advise the nature of their stall at time of booking or if requested at any time prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry to the event.

We permit no more than 3 adults per stall booking. Any additional companions must pay the standard entry fee to the event unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing prior to the event. Children are permitted to attend with stallholders, however they must not disrupt the event or other stallholders. We take no responsibility for their care, safety or security.

Pre-loved stall holders cannot sell items unrelated to maternity, babies or children unless pre-authorised prior to the event. Any items which are deemed to be broken, in poor condition, dangerous, in breach of Health and Safety legislation or trading standards advice cannot be sold.

All items must be safe and fit for sale. All items sold must be owned by the seller, or the seller must have the express permission of the owner to sell them. All toys and baby items that require batteries must be offered for sale in full working order with batteries installed or have the ability to be demonstrated on the day of the sale.

Stallholders are not permitted to purchase items from other stallholders before the official market opening time.

Stallholders are able to set up from 45mins - 1 hour before the event depending on the venue. Entry prior to the advised time is not permitted in any circumstances.

Due to health and safety, stallholders cannot pack up and leave the event early.

Stallholders must remove all waste or unsold items from their area before leaving the event. Any items left behind will be disposed of immediately.

Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies. We take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to items.
- Any stallholders requiring accommodations on the day of the sale MUST notify us in advance to ensure suitability and availability.

Bookings for all events are non-transferable and non-refundable.

At all events we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person. Where deemed necessary we may also eject any person and/or his/her goods and chattels without warning.

All persons who enter any event venue do so at their own risk.

We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy of abusive behaviour (verbal or physical) towards our representatives, venue staff, sellers or any members of the public. Where necessary, any incidents will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

Sellers are wholly responsible for the pricing of their items and our representatives will not intervene in any negotiations on the day of the sale.

Parking may be limited at some of our event venues. We cannot control the availability of space and some may need to park in alternative provisions when busy. Parking regulations must be adhered to at all times. Any fees or fines are solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner/buyer. We take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage.

Where possible we select our venues to offer ease of access to those bringing infant prams and pushchairs as well as wheelchair and mobility aid users. However, the maintenance and operation of these accessibility aids lies wholly with the venue.
