INFORMATION

ADMISSION

  • Entry to our pre-loved baby and children market events is £2 per adult unless otherwise stated. All children are admitted free of charge. Anyone over the age of 16 is considered an adult. The entrance fee is payable per person, per event. You are permitted to leave the event at anytime for refreshment or to load items outside, no re-entry fee will be charged.

  • At all events we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person. Where deemed necessary we may also eject any person and/or his/her goods and chattels without warning.

  •  All persons who enter any event venue do so at their own risk.

SAFETY & SECURITY

  • We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy of abusive behaviour (verbal or physical) towards our representatives, venue staff, sellers or any members of the public. Where necessary, any incidents will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

  • All events are required to be covered by public liability insurance to protect buyers. Were appropriate, stallholders may also hold their own individual insurance(s).

  •  Buyers are responsible for the safety security of their own personal items and monies. We take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to personal items.

  • Any items sold at our events must be safe and fit for sale. Any items that require batteries must be offered for sale either in full working order with batteries installed or demonstrated. Items which are deemed to be broken, in poor condition, dangerous, in breach of Health and Safety legislation or trading standards advice cannot be sold. All items are sold as seen, we accept no responsibility or liability for any transaction entered into between buyer and seller at the event. However, if you have any concerns regarding a purchase, or the items a stallholder was selling, please contact us via email within 7 days of attending the event - complaints@littlelovesmarket.co.uk

PAYMENTS & PRICING

 

  • Admission must be paid, in full, for all members of your party before entering the hall/venue.

  • All fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all admission fees are payable electronically only. Methods accepted - VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android Pay, PayPal​

  • Sellers are wholly responsible for the pricing of their items and our representatives will not intervene in any negotiations on the day of the sale.

  • Many sellers will operate on a 'cash only' basis, however they are encouraged to accept alternative payments where possible (card, bank transfer, PayPal etc.) The majority of venues will not have cash withdrawal facilities on site, it is the buyers responsibility to come prepared with appropriate payment.

MISC.

  • Parking may be limited at some of our event venues. We cannot control the availability of space and some may need to park in alternative provisions when busy. Parking regulations must be adhered to at all times. Any fees or fines are solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner/buyer. We take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage.

  • Where possible we select our venues to offer ease of access to those bringing infant prams and pushchairs as well as wheelchair and mobility aid users. However, the maintenance and operation of these accessibility aids lies wholly with the venue.  

  • We expect all buyers to be respectful to other users of the event venue.
